ASU should...

Provide recycling bins next to every trash bin

ASU claims to be sustainable – but until every every classroom, lecture hall, office, and hallway has a (commingled) recycling bin, it’s all talk.

The adminstration has used the excuse that it costs money to do so because they'd have to buy more cans. I contradicted that illogical idea: simply write "Recycling" on half the existing cans. That was 5 or 7 years ago, and they are still stalling. I can find only 2 recycling cans outside on Tempe campus--same as then.
